International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within Australia. If you are located outside Australia, please contact us to discuss possible options.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
We take great care when packing your order, but we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist you.
